Hello!!
As a good management student, I like Business Games very much. Last year we played some times at the university lessons bus beside this, some big multinationals launch every year business games to be played by Masters and MBA students.
One of this is the “Trust” Business Game by Danone.

In order to participate a 5-person team has to be built, and then there are some rounds. First, a pre-selection to participate in the Danone-day, where the competition is among teams of the same university, the winners will participate in the country finals and at the end there is an international final in Paris.
Well, I joined some friends and we made a great team, called GLOBE (each one has a different nationality Polish, Turkish, Lebanese, Italian and Spanish). They all are great, every time I work together with some of them I admired how good they are at everything they do.
Therefore, we were selected (by CV’s), and called to the Danone-day in Milano, which was yesterday!
We went at 9 am to the headquarters, and the game was scheduled till 6 pm. After an explanation and breakfast, we faced our case study of a fictitious company just taken over by Danone.
And our task was to make a diagnosis of the situation for defining our strategic plan for the next 3 years of the company, improving the financial indicators and the “trust index”.
To tell you the truth we did not perform very well so we do not expect to go further in the game… but it was a great experience. We made something different, and we spent time together and learned together.
