10th March
This day we woke up very early to take the train from Budapest to Prague, quite long travel of more than seven hours if I remember well.
In arriving, David was waiting for us, and we three went to find our new hostel. Finally we succeeded in arriving at the hostel and, this is what we found:

This is a hostel, I am not joking!

Everything seemed to be a bit crazy in this hostel, from our tiny room to the people that was staying there, but at the end I got used and it is not bad at all
.

David and Jana

Jana, me and my red hat (famous for being a bargain in Budapest)
We enjoyed Prague in the afternoon, night, and we went to a huge disco where we were dancing for hours, the next day it could hardly move!

As I was saying, I was quite tired from the previous day and moreover the day was not very cheerful. Never mind, we went out, cross the river and found Kafka museum where we spend a lot of time, and I recommend to go as it is very well settled.

Unhopefully, weather was being worse and worse so again we took advantage and went to the cinema. This time, we watched Memories of a Geisha, which I considered a very beautiful film.
Retuning home, it was already snowing, but how could we imagine those big snow!

You can see in the photos the change in our window view. It had been snowing strongly during the night and it was going to continue during the whole following day…

And Prague was still for discovering!!! That is why I will say that Prague is very beautiful as everybody know, but I could not enjoy this beauty as it deserves because of the cold and snow. It was very hard even to walk because if I tell you there was half meter of snow in the floor I am not exaggerating. ![]()
Despite all, we visit the part of the castle and cathedral, you can see some photos that hopefully Jana was able to take under the snow.

Thanks Jana for being able to take some photos that day!
The film of that night was Crash, Oscar awards winner of this year. By then I was missing a lot going to the cinema, so I returned happy of having watched such good films.

I will pass fast though this day, nothing good happened to me! Well, the best was arriving to Janas’ home where I could feel like at home. Her family was extremely kind with me, I think know that Slovakian families are kind and hospitable. I could recover a bit from the annoyance of being robbed when I was leaving Prague.

| My last day, I visited Bratislava, the centre, the Castle and the views from there. Then in the afternoon, they drove me to the airport, and I came back to my other home in Como. |

Pd for Jana: As you can see, I managed to write about our whole trip (finishing two months later, I know). Thanks for all, I hope us to travel somewhere soon.
